What we provide
Legal information and document assembly tools for neighbor evidence collection — not legal advice and not a substitute for a licensed attorney.

- Legal advice, strategy recommendations, or outcome predictions
- Representation in any legal proceeding
- Filing complaints or court documents on your behalf
- Guaranteed accuracy of automated jurisdiction research
User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and not submit false incident reports or misuse other members' private data.
Automated research
Jurisdiction content marked unverified must be confirmed against official sources before filing.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." You are solely responsible for filings and communications you make based on platform materials.
Accessibility
We work toward WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and provide appearance controls (light/dark, contrast, text size). See our Accessibility statement. We do not warrant uninterrupted accessibility in every browser or assistive technology combination.
Privacy & state laws
Our Privacy & state rights page describes data practices and summarizes rights under California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. state privacy laws. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your state of residence requires otherwise for consumer protection or privacy rights. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kentucky unless mandatory consumer law in your state provides a different forum.
